Returns

  • Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must:
    • Be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
    • Include a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, or intimate items, are not eligible for returns.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Please note:
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • Refunds may take additional time to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Exchanges

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us at odionefashion@gmail.com to arrange an exchange.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.
  • After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.

How to Initiate a Return or Refund

  2. We’ll provide you with detailed instructions, including the return address.
  3. Ship your item(s) back to us, ensuring they’re securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the stated timeframe:

  1. Check with your bank or credit card company for any delays.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be refunded:

  • Gift cards.
  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Customized or personalized products.
